Your primary focus will be on managing the ALM domain, which consists of seven DevOps teams, and ensuring that the long-term goals of ALM, Finance, and the Bank are clear and supported. You will work closely with the IT lead and DevOps Coach to align cross-team priorities and dependencies, and actively steer the team towards achieving these goals.
As a Business Lead IV, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a professional way of working, with clear and solid processes and communication. You will promote ownership and improvement, and maintain good relationships with stakeholders to maximize value for the ALM function.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ALM DevOps teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions
- Manage the ALM domain, ensuring alignment with long-term goals of ALM, Finance, and the Bank
- Develop and maintain a professional way of working, with clear and solid processes and communication
- Promote ownership and improvement, and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
- Align cross-team priorities and dependencies, and actively steer the team towards achieving goals
- 10+ years of work experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role
- Drive to improve self and the team
- Proactive posture, constructively challenging
- Communication in English is necessary at times
- Knowledge of/affinity with ALM/Finance/Risk
- Knowledge of/affinity with change management and delivery
