Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled DC Supervisor to join our team at DB Schenker. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of parts to, from, and between various buildings on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the movement of parts between buildings
- Ensure a strong focus on continuous improvement and quality
- Lead a team of four team leads and guarantee the quality of service delivered to our customer
- Coordinate with the team and customer on a daily basis
Requirements
- Higher education (HBO) or equivalent ability
- At least 2-5 years experience as a leader
- A coaching leadership style
- Speaks and writes in English
