The Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining top-notch campervans to join our team in Amsterdam-Lisse.

This is a unique opportunity to work as the face of our company, reporting directly to the Branch's Operations Supervisor, with the goal of ensuring an unparalleled level of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Welcoming guests and handling incoming reservations, taking care of check-ins and check-outs;
  • Maintaining our campervans in pristine condition and monitoring maintenance and repair needs;
  • Preparing and cleaning our campervans to meet high standards;
  • Registering guests, managing stock, and processing payments;
  • Resolving complaints and troubleshooting emergencies efficiently;

About You

We are looking for a travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills, experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car being desirable. As a fluent English speaker (mandatory), you must also be eligible to work in the Netherlands, possess a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan (also mandatory).

You should be available to work on weekends and public holidays, possess strong organizational skills, and be proficient in solving problems effectively.
