Als Value Engineer bij KMWE ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt en effectief realiseren van producten in het domein van Re-use en Harvesting. Je werkt samen met de Product Engineer aan een correcte werkvoorbereiding van een product en biedt ondersteuning aan de productie. Daarnaast ben je als Value Engineer verantwoordelijk voor de industrialisatie van nieuwe producten en voer je product optimalisatie uit door bijvoorbeeld design of proces optimalisatie. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van de repair procedures voor klanten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je draagt zorg voor optimalisatie van de processen noodzakelijk voor realisatie van een product;
  • Je draagt zorg voor de benodigde procesflow en bijbehorende processtrappen;
  • Je implementeert de toepasselijke klant eisen en industrienormen;
  • Je draagt zorg voor de ontvangst of oplevering van Technische Product Documentatie (TPD);
  • Je neemt make/buy besluiten en je geeft input bij de selectie van leveranciers;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor industrialisatie van nieuwe producten (NPI), waarbij alle aspecten op het gebied van QLTC worden ingevuld;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de overall performance van een product (QLTC) en je neemt maatregelen ter verbetering hiervan;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de toepasselijke performance indicatoren (KPI's en PI's) van het primaire proces deel binnen het team;
  • Je draagt zorg voor de juistheid en actualiteit van de gegevens zoals TPD en Product Data Management (Item Configuratie Beheer).
Functie eisen
  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding op HBO niveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting (Werktuigbouwkunde/Mechatronica);
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een relevante fijnmechanische/mechatronische werkomgeving;
  • Kennis van FMEA en Control Plan in een pré;
  • Je beschikt over een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding, ondersteund door overtuigingskracht, anticiperend vermogen en sterke communicatieve eigenschappen.
