Value Engineer Additive Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Value Engineer Additive to join our team at KMWE Precision. As a Value Engineer Additive, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective realization of products in the domain of Re-use and Harvesting.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize processes necessary for product realization;
- Implement customer requirements and industry standards;
- Ensure the receipt or delivery of Technical Product Documentation (TPD);
- Make/buy decisions and input on supplier selection;
- Industrialize new products (NPI), covering all aspects of QLTC;
- Manage overall product performance (QLTC) and take measures to improve it;
- Manage relevant performance indicators (KPIs and PIs) of the primary process part within the team;
- Maintain the accuracy and up-to-dateness of data such as TPD and Product Data Management (Item Configuration Management).
- Completed HBO-level education, preferably in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics);
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant fine-mechanical/mechatronic work environment;
- Knowledge of FMEA and Control Plan in advance;
- Good command of Dutch and English in word and writing;
- Proactive attitude, supported by conviction, anticipation, and strong communication skills.
