The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for understanding internal and external customer needs, providing insights, and delivering exceptional customer service in line with our standards. You will be the primary contact for our customers, managing the entire Order to Cash process and handling customer inquiries and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire Order to Cash process for a dedicated customer and product portfolio.
- Handle and coordinate customer requests in line with the company policies and procedures.
- Interact frequently with internal business partners, such as Account Management, Planning, and Logistics, as well as with our Operation Center.
- Interact daily with external customers through verbal and written communication.
- Participate in internal projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Internal Sales in an international environment.
- Experience with SAP/ERP system and/or Sales Force.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, and Spanish/German language is required.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
