Job Summary

Axia Vegetable Seeds Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our demo greenhouses team. As the Head of Demo Greenhouses, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our tomato demo trials, ensuring the highest quality data collection and presentation to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the registration of all tomato varieties in our demo trials.
  • Lead a team of enthusiastic employees in the collection and checking of data.
  • Process and analyze data to provide reliable insights to our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with our breeding and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and sales support.
  • Provide product samples to customers as required.

Requirements

  • MBO-HBO working and thinking level.
  • Strong knowledge of and affinity with tomato cultivation.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
