Drive Demand Generation

As a Growth Marketer, you'll develop and execute data-driven strategies across paid, organic, and email channels to attract, engage, and retain customers. Your focus will be on managing B2C and B2B paid campaigns, crafting high-converting landing pages, and implementing ABM strategies to maximize pipeline efficiency and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, overseeing creation, analysis, and optimization.
  • Craft high-converting landing pages and drive continuous improvements through targeted CRO experiments.
  • Implement ABM strategies and CRM workflows with RevOps to maximize pipeline efficiency and conversions.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and nurturing sequences.
  • Drive SEO efforts through keyword research and content enhancements to boost search rankings and user engagement.
  • Create and oversee performance reports for Paid Search, Social Media, Web Analytics, and Email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising, CRO, and SEO.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in AI/LLM-assisted workflows for essential tasks like copywriting, keyword research, and CRO.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration within a cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Background in the medical or healthcare sector (preferred but not required).
