About the Role:
As a Credit Risk Manager at STAFIDE, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation of BASEL II/III programs with a strong understanding of CRR3 and CRD V. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing enterprise data platforms, ensuring seamless data ingestion, transformation, and integration. You will drive the creation of conceptual, logical, and physical data models to meet business needs, develop and optimize processes, IT systems, and data management strategies. Additionally, you will provide expert consulting on credit risk reporting, processes, data, and application management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a seasoned professional with 8–10 years of experience in Credit Risk Management, with a focus on BASEL II/III implementation. You should possess expertise in enterprise data platform design, data ingestion, and data integration processes, as well as a strong understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling techniques. Your experience in designing and implementing IT systems and data management strategies is essential. Excellent consulting and analytical skills, particularly in reporting, processes, data, and applications, are also required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels are necessary for success in this role.
