Credit Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Manager to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a Credit Risk Manager, you will be responsible for setting bank-wide Credit Risk requirements to achieve regulatory compliance across the Credit Risk Life Cycle.
Our Requirements Settings Team (RST) is responsible for delivering documents and guidance on complex Credit Risk related topics, including CRR/CRD/RTS/EBA regulations and guidelines. We act as a consulted stakeholder within second-line Credit Risk on projects within ABN AMRO and are dedicated to proactively helping our business lines achieve compliance.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Credit Risk Manager, you will:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Credit Risk regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address Credit Risk requirements
- Contribute to the development of Credit Risk policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to business lines on Credit Risk matters
- Participate in critical and constructive dialogues with stakeholders to ensure effective Credit Risk management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Basic experience and/or interest in Risk and specifically Credit Risk
- Regulatory knowledge and/or practical experience with a regulatory environment in the financial sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a project-oriented environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
