About the Role
Coty is seeking an ambitious HR Intern to join our HR Operations team in Amsterdam. As a HR Intern, you will be working closely with our HR Operations team to support various tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team, including data entry, file maintenance, and document preparation.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Assist in benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Provide support in handling employee inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements and policy development.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Operations team or HR Manager.

About the Team
The HR Operations team is responsible for handling all the nitty-gritty stuff related to employees, including tasks like hiring, benefits, and payroll. We are the backstage crew of a theater production, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Requirements
- Student (Bachelor/Master) with a strong affinity for beauty and our brands.
- Analytical skills, good with numbers, and strong Excel skills.
- Proactive and hands-on, with a willingness to take on responsibilities.
- Flexible and loves challenges, with good administrative and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
What We Offer
We offer a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for a duration of 5-6 months, starting from August/September 2024. Remote working is possible up to 50% of your time, in alignment with your line manager. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis, but this will largely have to be done in your own time.
