Client Support Specialist for English and Nordic Languages

Your Profile

If you have a positive attitude towards customer interactions and aim to deliver exceptional service, you might be the right fit. Consider the following qualifications:

  • Near-native proficiency in English combined with fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages or Dutch;
  • Interest in software applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) or willingness to learn;
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a B2B context;
Your Responsibilities

As an Account Support Specialist, you will be accountable for delivering support to Key Distributors in accordance with internal policies and practices. Your duties will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support to clients and the commercial team for designated Focus Accounts, fostering strong and trustworthy relationships with your customer base.
  • Processing customer purchase orders, entering orders into ERP systems, and ensuring all customer-specific requirements are met. Collaborating with production, purchasing, supply chain, order management, and sales operations as necessary.
  • Managing service complaints by coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure satisfactory resolutions and implementing preventative measures to avoid future issues.
