We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Representative in one of our Hollister Co. Stores.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global retailer, known for its premium lifestyle brands. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our store team.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is €24,500 - €32,000 based on experience and performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and building loyalty through personalized interactions.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhere to visual merchandising standards, and effectively manage inventory levels to drive sales and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless transactions, resolve issues, and promote company initiatives.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Collaborate with the Asset Protection team to identify and mitigate potential security risks, prevent shoplifting, and maintain a secure store environment.
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills, stay up-to-date on product knowledge, and expand expertise within the retail industry.

  • Fluent in English: Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch optional but appreciated)
