About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Sales Specialist to join our team at Justrite. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our chemical safety products to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy value propositions and support local new product introductions.
  • Monitor market pricing and margin potential, and assist in developing and managing pricing strategies.
  • Participate in market committees to drive industry standards.
  • Perform product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and staff.
  • Identify new market opportunities and relay information to the EMEA Sales Director and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives by distribution channel, product category, and end-user segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or 0-2 years of relevant product specialist experience in the chemical safety product industry.
  • High level of integrity in representing Justrite Safety Group.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory complexities in Europe and the United Kingdom.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); knowledge of Salesforce and PowerBI is beneficial.
