Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Sales Specialist to join our team. As a subject matter expert for our chemical safety products, you will play a critical role in supporting our business models and driving revenue growth. Your expertise will be essential in conducting market research, analyzing trends, and developing sales strategies to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to drive market penetration and expand our customer base.
- Provide technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in market committees to drive industry standards and best practices.
- Perform product demonstrations and training sessions to customers and staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Resolving customer issues and answering product-related questions.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or 5+ years of relevant product specialist experience in the chemical safety product industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
