We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to facilitate the success of interconnected projects while overseeing and coordinating various initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, and we are looking for a candidate who can start promptly. The initial contract will span 9 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure the success of our Nike Direct & Marketplace Partners business, aligning with our strategic priorities.
  • Guide teams through transitions in a rapidly changing environment, ensuring our consumer experiences are effectively delivered across EMEA marketplace channels.
  • Lead discussions, facilitate impact mapping sessions, and assist in decision-making processes, including addressing regulatory impacts.
  • Partner with business units, data, and technology teams to develop business plans and deliver roadmaps that meet compliance, consumer, environmental, and business value requirements.
  • Drive decision-making based on consumer insights, environmental considerations, and business value through comprehensive business cases and a well-defined KPI framework.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams to develop and enhance new capabilities while scaling existing ones.
  • Ensure alignment among key cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize delivery effectively.
