The Role
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in the HR global functions team. You will work closely with the Senior HR Director for Finance, IT, and Business Services, and be part of a dynamic team of six colleagues reporting to the HR SVP Global Functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Supporting Functions
- Coordinate and support the organization of the global functions team.
- Develop and implement a dedicated global functions communication calendar and produce relevant communication activities.
- Identify and implement creative ways to foster engagement and collaboration within the team.
- Engage and support the Sky Leadership Program.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and assist in relevant trainings for the functions.
- Co-develop people-related trainings on the dedicated supporting functions on Coty Academy, our learning system.
- Produce the monthly data dashboard.
- Identify opportunities to automate and harmonize further the data report and dashboard.
- Improve key data points in our Success factors HR system.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program, such as Business Administration or a specialization in human resources.
- Understanding of general HR processes and policies.
- Excellent people and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with data.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work in an international work environment.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Fluency in English is required.
