Job Title: Guest Experience Agent

At Scandinave Spa, we are seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join our team. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests, providing them with a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Explain the Scandinavian Baths procedures, massages procedures, and orientation of the spa.
  • Understand the needs of guests and offer appropriate services and products.
  • Process transactions using TAC, including Scandinavian Baths, massages, gift certificates, and boutique products.
  • Ensure the efficient control of locker keys, towels, and waiting lists.
  • Maintain the order, cleanliness, and ambiance of the reception area, lobby, change rooms, fireplace, and bathrooms.
  • Prepare gift packages and ensure adequate staffing presence in the reception.
  • Review and educate yourself on sales and marketing promotions.
  • Take breaks and lunches in a responsible fashion, ensuring that stations are covered.
  • Follow lost and found procedures and protocols.
  • Receive mail and packages.
  • Keep products fully stocked, including towels, bathrobes, and boutique items.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to think on their feet, be proactive, problem-solve, and deal with change on a daily basis.
  • Clear criminal record check.
  • Full-time or part-time commitment (24-40 hours per week).
