Job Title: Guest Experience Agent

At Scandinave Spa, we are seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join our team. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and orient guests to our facilities, explaining the Scandinavian Baths procedures and massage services.
  • Process transactions and provide guests with information about our products and services.
  • Ensure the efficient control of locker keys, towels, and waiting lists.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the reception area, lobby, change rooms, and bathrooms.
  • Prepare gift packages and ensure adequate staffing presence in the reception area.
  • Review and stay up-to-date on sales and marketing promotions.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to think on their feet, be proactive, problem-solve, and deal with change on a daily basis.
  • Clear criminal record check.
  • Full-time or part-time commitment (24-40 hours per week).
