About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our team at Scandinave Spa. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Explain the Scandinavian Baths procedures, massages procedures, and orientation of the Scandinave Whistler site.
  • Understand the needs of the guests and offer appropriate services and products.
  • Process transactions using TAC, including Scandinavian Baths, massages, gift certificates, and boutique products.
  • Ensure the efficient control of locker keys, towels, and waiting lists.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Prepare gift packages and ensure adequate staffing presence in the reception.
  • Review and educate yourself on various sales and marketing promotions.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think on their feet, be proactive, problem solve, and deal with change on a daily basis.
  • Clear criminal record check.
