About the Role

ABN AMRO Bank is seeking a seasoned Business Consultant to lead the way in shaping a future-proof credit landscape. As a key member of the Credit Transformation Office, you will provide strategic insights, support transformative initiatives, and drive data-driven decisions that will redefine the lending journey.

Your Responsibilities
  • Proactively provide advisory opinions in the Analytics domain, conducting research and advising the Head of Credit Transformation Office on improvements.
  • Support FCD initiatives and FS with relevant analytics to ensure data-driven capacity management and planning, benefit tracking, and adequate reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT, and DM&A, to realize an integrated transformation roadmap.
Your Profile
  • Experience as a consultant with a strong delivery mindset.
  • Ability to analyze and deliver advice to a wide and diverse audience.
  • Pragmatic approach, translating ideas into actions, initiating, and leading specific interventions.
  • Passion for creating impact that benefits customers' experiences.
  • Collaborative mindset, mobilizing people throughout the organization.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end credit processes and/or change management skills and/or communication expertise.
We Offer
  • Gross monthly salary (max. Eur displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible.
  • Benefit Budget of 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
