About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at BTS. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the office management, partnering with experienced colleagues and the Head of Office. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day tasks, arranging and shipping printed materials, and shipping and preparing IT equipment throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with more experienced colleagues to understand the role, how we work with clients, and our systems.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to coordinate and deploy our programs to regional and global clients.
  • Support the office management, including assisting with day-to-day tasks and arranging and shipping printed materials.
  • Ship and prepare IT equipment throughout Europe.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service ethic.
  • Higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent.
  • Pro-active, structured, and organized to support the rollout of our programs.
  • Resilient and adaptable, open to navigating change and ambiguity.
  • Ability to work at pace and manage workload and balance shifting priorities.
  • Professional maturity, confidence, curiosity, and proactivity.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
