About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Lead to join our team at Stryker European Operations Limited - Dutch Branch Office. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving our marketing initiatives towards the growth of our Medical product portfolio and revenue in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute central and local marketing tactics, actions, and campaigns to drive business results.
  • Provide support to Brand/Education/Marketing managers in the development and sales support for our Medical products.
  • Perform sales and marketing analysis, literature development, online educational platform tools, online courses, presentations, or publicity.
  • Gather internal and external market insights, learning trends, etc. for continuous improvement and to share with stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute education plans, provide sales trainings, develop roadmaps, and drive new product launches.
  • Develop sales tools, customer engagement programs, events, and drive marketing campaign execution.
  • Manage the budget in alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Provide support to the Sales team in the field as needed.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of work experience, of which 2+ years are within Marketing.
  • University/college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or any other relevant field.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
