Job Title: HR Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Tilburg, Netherlands. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Shared Service Center, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
- Process personnel changes, including inflow, throughflow, and outflow of employees.
- Manage HR information systems, including AFAS, Kronos, and personnel files.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports and analytics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English language.
- Experience with AFAS, payroll administration, or UWV (absenteeism administration) is required.
- Service-oriented with a decent level of accuracy and flexibility.
