Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Trivium Packaging is a global leader in metal packaging with a strong commitment to sustainability. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily order-to-cash process with customers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to address production issues and prioritize orders.
  • Update prices in SAP and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate demand planning forecasts to support optimized production planning.
  • Support customer creation process, collecting required information and making requests to the master data department.
Requirements:
  • BS degree in business or technical field.
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service or sales support role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
  • Professional selling and negotiation training preferred.
  • Good command of English (C1), French a plus.
