Document Controller

Mace is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing the registration, receipt, distribution, and issue of all contractual documentation, as well as issuing and registering formal project documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure effective and efficient implementation of Information Management (IM) processes and standards, including ISO 19650, for client-facing projects and programmes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure its effective use by project personnel.
- Support and guide project colleagues in IM practices and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Assure and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored, ensuring compliance with project protocols and standards.
- Coordinate activities to achieve agreed objectives and provide performance management, development, and coaching to team members.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document control systems (EDMS), with Aconex experience advantageous.
- Some Information Management experience from one or more projects and programmes, with a good understanding of IM software and tools.
- Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders and disciplines.
- Disciplined, methodical, and organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
