We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistician to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our Diabetes Operating Unit, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and improving the lives of people with diabetes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute statistical studies to inform product development and clinical trials
- Develop and implement statistical analysis plans to ensure high-quality data and accurate results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data management and analysis needs
- Develop and maintain complex statistical models and algorithms to analyze large datasets
- Communicate complex statistical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in statistical analysis and modeling, with a strong background in clinical trials and real-world data studies
- Excellent programming skills in languages such as SQL, SAS, R, and Python
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
