About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistician to join our team at Medtronic. As a Senior Statistician, you will play a critical role in the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trials and real-world data studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement statistical methodologies for clinical trials and real-world data studies
  • Develop and maintain statistical analysis plans and protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study objectives are met
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • University degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field
  • Proven experience in statistics or biostatistics, with a strong background in clinical trials and real-world data studies
  • Excellent programming skills in SQL, SAS, R, and/or Python
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English language skills
