Lead 3D Visual Artist

We are thrilled to announce our expansion and are in search of a Lead 3D Visual Artist with a solid 5-7 years of experience, particularly in product marketing. The perfect candidate will exhibit advanced skills in shading and lighting, with the ability to produce hyper-realistic product renderings.

At INDG, we empower brands to navigate the rapidly evolving demands for visual content. Our innovative web-based platform automates the creation of stunning visual assets, leveraging over two decades of expertise in photorealistic 3D technology. Once your product is integrated into our system, it can be repurposed across various media formats, including images, videos, and mobile applications.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the 3D production pipeline across multiple projects with strict deadlines, including modeling, texturing, lighting, liquid simulation, render management, and basic compositing.
  • Ensure quality control for tracking and matchmoving files.
  • Seamlessly integrate 3D elements into live-action footage.
  • Utilize V-ray for effective lighting and rendering.
  • Maintain a keen eye for image composition.
  • Communicate efficiently with team members, VFX supervisors, and project managers.
  • Diagnose and resolve any technical challenges that arise.
  • Adhere to project timelines and milestones.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technological advancements.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in software such as 3ds Max, Vray, Phoenix FD or similar simulation tools, Tyflow or comparable, After Effects or Nuke, and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated experience as a 3D generalist with a compelling portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of shading, lighting, and rendering, along with a solid understanding of liquid simulation.
  • Familiarity with the integration of 3D elements into live-action footage.
  • Possess at least one example showcasing a strong command of 3D, shading, lighting, and integration of 3D elements into real footage.
  • Experience in creating 3D render passes from V-ray for compositing purposes.
  • Ability to balance quality with project timelines.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective planning and prioritization of multiple tasks, along with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a discerning eye for visual quality.
  • Capable of taking direction, asking questions, and learning through observation.
  • Quick to adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Fluent in English.
