We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Design Lead to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our Brand & Creative team, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our brand, developing and implementing visual identity strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our brand vision to life.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the creative team and processes, ensuring high-quality creative output and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand, including art direction, design, and tone of voice.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and freelance partners to deliver outstanding creative work.
- Collaborate with the Brand lead to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns and product storytelling.
- Ensure that our creative execution is flexible and adaptable for different channels and target audiences.
- Work closely with the Brand and Product Design team to ensure our web and app experiences are strong and consistent across the customer journey.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our photography and video content.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and research to develop elevated design concepts and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating new ideas and tools into our work.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house team, with a strong portfolio of e-commerce or D2C brand work.
- Design-related degree with considerable commercial experience.
- Team management and creative coaching experience.
- Experience owning and project managing complex cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX and visual design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects/Premiere.
