International Marketing Strategist for Global Expansion

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Marketing Manager to join our Global Commercial Marketing team at IDEXX LPD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans in close collaboration with key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead commercial planning activities, ensuring alignment with global marketing, sales teams, and other key functions. Facilitate planning sessions, synchronize objectives across teams, and integrate commercial activities to support broader business goals.
  • Marketing Launch Planning & Performance Reporting: Develop and execute marketing launch plans for product or service introductions. Establish clear KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure launch success, track performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Channel Planning & Metrics Analysis: Create, implement, and optimize channel plans across digital, social, and traditional media. Conduct monthly performance reviews and metrics analysis, using data to refine approach and achieve growth targets.
  • Lead Generation through Digital Marketing: Design and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement. Utilize SEO, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing to attract and convert high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Quarterly Promotions & Program Management: Plan and execute quarterly promotions and targeted programs to engage customers, drive revenue growth, and support key business objectives. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience would be preferred. Master's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • You have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Preferably 3+ years in a similar Business-to-Business Marketing role, preferably at Pharma or Medical devices industries
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required. Cultural sensitivity a must as the job involves working with an international team.
