SHEQ Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our Offshore Energy team at Boskalis. As a SHEQ Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our safety, health, and environmental policies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Advise the Business Unit Director and liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of SHE-Q policies and objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor SHE-Q performance.
- Ensure the effective implementation of NINA and WoW programs across the business unit.
- Investigate incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide coaching and support to project teams to ensure effective SHE-Q management.
- Execute internal audits and guide external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct vessel site visits and engage with offshore crews to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- At least 5 years of experience in a SHEQ role, preferably in the oil and gas or maritime industry.
- A bachelor's degree in integrated safety or a related field, such as an advanced safety diploma or NEBOSH.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and convince others.
- A strong vision for SHE-Q and the ability to drive change.
- A good command of written and spoken English (and Dutch).
