About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Global Sustainability team at Philips. As a Senior Manager Sustainability and Access to Care, you will play a pivotal role in improving Philips' access to care performance by driving the Philips Access to Care Program with our priority businesses, markets, and functions globally.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve access to care for underserved healthcare communities, aligning with Philips' 2030 targets.
- Collaborate with health-tech businesses to develop strategies for access to care initiatives, leveraging your expertise in health equity and access to care.
- Work with geographical regions to support strategic business development initiatives with customers and partners, including projects for public good.
- Support the Access to Care ventures in their plans implementation and capture their insights and learnings for the program.
- Contribute to global trainings, webcasts, and events, sharing your expertise and knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders.
Your Ideal Background:
- 6+ years of experience in impact work in healthcare, with a focus on access to care business/projects in low- and middle-income countries.
- Experience in business development and new business model creation, with a strong understanding of industry trends in digital health and digital health delivery.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and networking skills.
- A team player with a goal-oriented and pragmatic approach.
