We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Amsterdam. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and effortless.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire our reception team to deliver a high level of service to our guests.
- Contribute to the success of our Front Office by managing overbooking levels, ensuring accurate rate usage, and working with the team to maintain a full and happy house.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or hiccups, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our guests.
