Job Summary

Nouvall Engineering Services B.V. is seeking a skilled professional to support the completion and turnover process for our projects in the (petro) chemical and maritime industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of projects from completion to handover.

Key Responsibilities


• Set up and maintain the completion and turnover database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Coordinate the collection and indexing of inspection test packs and quality records, ensuring timely availability for phased acceptance and handover.

• Oversee the delivery of the completions process, ensuring all project objectives and goals are met in a safe and structured manner, aligned with project schedules and procedures.

• Identify and address deficiencies in Good Documentation Practice, collaborating with the QC Manager and Turnover Coordinator as needed.

• Maintain the completion and turnover database, ensuring punctual updates and tracking of punchlist items.

• Receive and review engineering input data, generating and clarifying discrepancy reports as necessary.

• Provide technical support and direction to system users, ensuring overall system integrity and smooth data merging and integration.

• Import and export data for discrepancy and non-compliance evaluation, following up on resolutions.

• Ensure the completion and turnover management system is properly utilized, including uploading and validation of QC formats and punchlist items.

• Monitor quality pack completion to ensure prompt system handover, highlighting areas of concern to support project milestones.

• Prepare weekly status reports for input to planning systems and project management.

• Utilize established tracking and distribution systems for controlling mechanical completion, certification, and punchlisting activities.

• Assist in coordinating planning activities for mechanical completion and commissioning.

• Proactively engage with completion and handover activities, performing all necessary duties to achieve project objectives and schedule.

Requirements


• Familiarity with completion and turnover management processes.

• Strong IT skills, including data manipulation and import processes, with proficiency in Excel formulae, pivot tables, filtering, and sorting.

• Solid background experience in implementing databases for the construction sector, with at least 3 years of experience in GoCompletions (or equivalent).
