ServiceNow Developer

At Applied Medical, we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Admin/Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall health of our ServiceNow environment, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

• Monitor and support the ServiceNow architecture, overseeing license usage, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to design discussions and decisions to ensure the creation of best-in-class solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop scalable solutions in ServiceNow, utilizing standard methodologies and patterns to address prioritized IT and business requirements.
• Proactively monitor supported business processes and functionality, seeking continual process improvement in accordance with ITIL best practices.
• Actively participate in training the team on new ServiceNow functionality, reducing siloed expertise and increasing cross-functionality.
• Mentor and guide the team on standards and design practices, ensuring compliance with those standards and practices.
• Advise the business on maximizing the value of ServiceNow for the business.

• Bachelor's or HBO level education in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of ServiceNow System Administration/Development experience.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (Implementation Specialist Certification a plus).
• Experience with ITSM processes and implementing ServiceNow processes and functions.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with REST API integrations, custom application development, Workflows, Flows.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
