Wat je doet als Water Engineer en Process Automation Specialist

Je draagt binnen alle fasen van een project bij aan het ontwerp van installaties voor waterbehandeling en transportsystemen. Je bent daarbij in staat om:

  • De afstemming te verzorgen met andere disciplines voor een integraal ontwerp;
  • Aan de hand van het procesontwerp op basis van een PFD en/of P&ID's een bijdrage te leveren aan het ontwerp voor de elektrotechniek en procesautomatisering.

Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met andere disciplines, zoals civiele techniek, bouwkunde, werktuigbouwkunde en procestechnologie. Je stemt daarbij je werkzaamheden af met onze opdrachtgevers en voelt je verantwoordelijk om tot een efficiënt, duurzaam en veilig ontwerp te komen met goed gevoel voor de integrale samenhang.

Waar je komt te werken

Binnen de Business Unit Water Technology & Resilience NL leveren we hoogwaardige oplossingen op het gebied van watertechnology aan onze klanten. Zowel in Nederland als in de overige delen van de wereld. We werken aan uitdagingen als waterschaarste, bronbescherming, afvoer van regenwater en vervuild water (transportsystemen). Verder richten we ons op toegankelijkheid van schoon water, verminderen van waterverbruik, circulariteit, het zo efficiënt en duurzaam mogelijk zuiveren van (afval)water en het verwerken van zuiveringsslib.

Jouw toekomstige collega's zijn enthousiaste professionals met een civieltechnische, bouwkundige, werktuigbouwkundige, procestechnologische en E&PA-achtergrond. We hebben een mooie balans tussen junioren, medioren en senioren

Wat je meebrengt

  • Een afgeronde HBO- of WO- opleiding elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig;
  • Je hebt ten minste 3 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Ervaring met procesautomatisering;
  • Je bent betrokken, nieuwsgierig, flexibel, leergierig, je hebt een ondernemende inslag en werkt graag in teamverband;
  • Kwaliteit staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel: je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Uiteraard beschik je over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, mondeling en schriftelijk in zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
