Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Global Application Services team at Fugro. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading IT projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, including milestones and resource allocation, to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage project organization and governance, adhering to the Project Delivery Framework (PDF).
  • Implement IT applications, following business processes and supported by IT operations, with documented localizations and user procedures.
  • Prepare continuous project status reports and conduct post-project evaluations.
  • Perform quality control throughout the project life cycle to maintain expected standards.
  • Manage project-related risks to minimize their impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet stakeholder expectations and project deliverables.

Your Qualifications

  • A relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably complemented by Project Management qualifications.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in project management within a large, international organization.
  • Proven experience leading and managing large and complex projects.
  • Sound knowledge of PMI and/or Prince2, with working experience in Waterfall. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to understand high-level software and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills on a technical and non-technical level, with the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
  • A self-starter, well-organized, and able to take ownership and initiative.
