Job Title: IT Project Manager - Strategic Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our Global Applications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including milestones and resource allocation;
  • Manage project organization and governance;
  • Implement IT applications, adhering to business processes and supported by IT operations;
  • Ensure project delivery meets stakeholder expectations;
  • Prepare and present project status reports and conduct post-project evaluations;
  • Perform quality control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably with Project Management qualifications;
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a large international organization;
  • Proven experience leading and managing large and complex projects;
  • Sound knowledge of PMI and/or Prince2, with experience in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum;
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral;
  • Ability to understand high-level software and systems;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
