Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze data for Talent processes and initiatives, providing actionable insights and visual overviews for decision-making purposes.
- Organize and coordinate events, initiatives, and supplier relationships, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
- Develop and implement local Employer Brand social media strategies, aligning with global campaigns and enhancing our online presence.
- Coordinate Learning & Development trainings, maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) and analyzing data to support annual reporting.
- Support talent project communication by drafting materials and visuals, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
- A monthly internship allowance of €525 (full-time)
- Travel compensation for those without a free public transport card
- Paid holidays for each internship term
- Two weeks of remote working anywhere in Europe (EEA)

- Academic Program: Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Skillset: Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English.

- Commitment: Ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from September to February.
- Availability: Able to work 5 days a week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely.
- Internship must be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
- Your educational institution must be willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and an NDA agreement for internships.
- You must be an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
