Sales Leader for Key Accounts

Purpose
We are looking for a skilled Sales Leader for Key Accounts to join our international team at Instagrid. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth within our B2B customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing for our customers
- Contribute to the setup and execution of our sales strategy within an international team
- Identify and acquire new key accounts through independent research and outreach
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts
- Foster a community of key opinion leaders and influencers within our customer base
- Provide valuable insights on trends, customer needs, sales, products, and marketing to support business growth
Requirements
- A business or engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in B2B high-quality hardware products
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills and techniques
- Experience in coordinating and organizing a national sales team
- High degree of customer orientation and professional appearance
- Professional communication skills in English
