We zoeken een Field Application Engineer die zich kan inzetten voor onze klanten in de fashion retail sector. Als Field Application Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van proof of concept-fases van projecten en voor het integreren van onze RFID-oplossingen bij onze klanten.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Samenwerken met klanten om hun winkelprocessen te begrijpen en om onze RFID-oplossingen te integreren;
  • Begeleiden van klanten tijdens de proof of concept-fase en het leveren van expertise in RFID-systemen;
  • Klantbehoeftes in kaart brengen en interpreteren om producten en diensten op maat te kunnen aanbieden;
  • Data-analyse uitvoeren om projecten te ondersteunen;
  • Functie als communicatieschakel tussen klanten en interne teams om te waarborgen dat oplossingen worden doorontwikkeld of aangepast die voldoen aan klantvereisten;
  • Ambassadeurschap voor onze Retailproducten van Nedap en het geven van advies over onze producten;
  • Expertise en advies geven over de toepassing van RFID-technologie in de Retailsector.
Je team

Je zal deel uitmaken van een team van Field Application Engineers en Projectmanagers die ondersteuning bieden bij de implementatie van RFID EAS-systemen. Het team werkt voornamelijk op afstand vanuit verschillende locaties in Europa, maar heeft regelmatig contact en organiseert sessies samen in ons hoofdkantoor in Groenlo.
