Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around €45,000-€60,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a base salary and additional benefits, such as bonuses, training opportunities, and professional development support.

Job Description: As an Operational Excellence Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and analyze operational problems, develop effective solutions, and implement process improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations, ensure efficient use of resources, and maintain high service standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing reported operational issues and prioritizing tasks to resolve problems efficiently
  • Developing and implementing process improvements, including proposing and executing optimizations in collaboration with other departments
  • Supporting urgent disruptions by answering questions from colleagues and customers, and providing guidance on emergency procedures


Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Experience working with Excel, Microsoft Office, and warehouse management systems
  • Knowledge of Cargowrite (an advantage)
  • A good command of spoken and written English
  • Experience working in a logistics provider or similar role
  • A willingness to work in dayshift, with occasional two-shift work during peak seasons
