Customer Service Representative Benelux

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the daily execution of the day-to-day activities in the customer service department for the B2C or B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute daily customer service tasks for the B2C or B2B markets
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Provide information to patients and healthcare providers as needed
- Evaluate and escalate customer issues, serving as a focal point for the team, internal groups, and customers
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Perform CSR functions to a high level of expertise when necessary
- Coordinate logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or supply chain roles
