About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers in the Benelux market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers and develop tailored success plans to meet their needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and impact reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform customer success strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills (C2 level), with a good command of English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
