Key Responsibilities- Onboard new customers and develop tailored success plans to meet their needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins and impact reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform customer success strategies.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills (C2 level), with a good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
