Customer Success Representative Benelux

Channable is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers in the Benelux market.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new customers and develop tailored success plans to meet their needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins and impact reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide proactive support.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to customers and partners to enhance their understanding of our platform.
- Collect and share customer feedback with our product, sales, and marketing teams to inform product development and improve customer experience.
- Participate in Channable roundtables, webinars, and other events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in eCommerce.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills (C2 level), with a good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success.
- A competitive salary range of €2,900 - €3,100 per month, excluding 8% vacation allowance.
- A quarterly commission, which can run up to an additional 25% salary.
- An annual bonus of €1,500 if the yearly target is completed.
- An annual L&D budget of €1,000 to spend on professional development.
- A 5% monthly base salary contribution to a pension fund.
- A flexible and hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home or our Utrecht office.
