Customer Success Representative Benelux

Channable is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers in the Benelux market.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new customers and develop tailored success plans to meet their needs.
- Regularly review customer progress and provide actionable insights to drive growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance customer skills and knowledge.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
- Conduct regular check-ins and impact reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in eCommerce.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills (C2 level), with a good command of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A competitive salary range of €2,900 - €3,100 per month, excluding 8% vacation allowance.
- A quarterly commission, which can run up to an additional 25% salary.
- An annual bonus of a gross €1,500 if the yearly target is completed.
- An annual L&D budget of €1,000 to spend on anything you want to learn.
- 5% of your monthly base salary saved for old age.
- Hybrid and flexible working, with the option to work from home or abroad.
