Customer Success Representative Benelux

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our Benelux team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients and partners achieve their goals and get the most out of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders to gather feedback and improve our solution and service.
- Perform onboardings, impact reviews, and check-ins to realize success plans with partners and clients.
- Prevent churn and realize upsell, including reporting and forecasting.
- Conduct training sessions with clients and partners, both online and onsite.
- Enable product advocacy by collaborating with our marketer to seize opportunities for blogs, webinars, and success stories.
- Voice of the customer, capture insights, and share them with the team and other departments.
- Perform 1-to-many activities, such as roundtables, webinars, partner days, training days, trade shows, and events.
- Optimize customer life cycle and Customer Success Management (CSM) processes.
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or Sales.
- Affinity with SaaS, e-Commerce, or digital marketing in the Benelux region.
- Professional attitude and strong drive to keep clients satisfied.
- Commercial mindset and ability to take on tough negotiations and challenges working with sales targets.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills (C2 level proficiency) and good command of English.

What We Offer- Salary range based on 40 hours: €2,900 - €3,100 (80%) per month within a clear career and salary structure.
