Be a key player in Channable's customer success
We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our Benelux team. As a representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers in the Benelux region are successful in their use of our platform.
Main responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and provide them with the necessary training and support to get started with our platform.
- Regularly review customer success plans and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with our product team to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback on customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
Requirements
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
- You have excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills (C2 level), with a good command of English.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are willing to travel and visit clients in the Benelux region approximately 1x per week.
What we offer
- A competitive salary and quarterly commission.
- A bonus of a gross €1.500 if the yearly target is completed.
- Annual L&D budget of €1000 to spend on anything you want to learn.
- A 26 vacation days + 2 reload days based on 40 hours.
