About the Role

Freshworks is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our top-tier customers are successful in adopting our products to achieve their business objectives and realize value from their investment with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive customer success and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless 360-degree support to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-level executives
  • Provide coaching and education to improve adoption of our products
  • Identify and communicate customer risks and develop resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to complete customer goals and provide visibility and/or escalations

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of Customer Success or related experience in a customer-facing B2B environment
  • Background as a Consultant, Solution Engineer, or Solution Architect is a plus
  • Experience influencing change in a complex organization
  • Experience presenting a technology suite of products within an existing portfolio of accounts
  • Experience growing customer relationships up to C-level across departments, regions, and functions
  • Business-level proficiency in one of the Nordics languages
